Easiest Recipe of mouth watering Coconut Biscuits





Ingredients:
2 egg whites
180 gms powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
1 cup desiccated coconut

 Method:



1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees C.
2. Beat egg whites and sugar on high speed with electric mixer for about 5 minutes until stiff.
3. Add vanilla essence and beat well.
4. Mix desiccated coconut with a spatula.
5. Now take a table spoon and drop the mixture one by one on baking paper set on the baking sheet (if you don't have baking paper, grease your baking tray/sheet with oil or butter).
6. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Chicken Fried Rice with Chicken & Vegetable Curry



Enjoy Chicken Fried Rice with Chicken & Vegetable Curry!


Chicken Fried Rice 


Ingredients:


For Boiled Rice:

Basmati rice - 2 cup
Oil -1 tbsp. for cooking rice
Salt – 1 tsp. for cooking rice
Boiling Water – 5 cups for cooking rice

Chicken, Eggs & Vegetables to sauté:

Eggs – 2
Chicken - 1 cup shredded or very small pieces
Garlic Paste – 1 tsp. full
Carrots – 2 finely chopped
Cabbage - 1 cup shredded into long strips
Capsicum – 1 big finely chopped
Spring onions – 1 cup finely chopped

Oil – 4 tbsp.
Vinegar - 1 tsp.
Soya sauce -2-3 tsp.
Salt – 1 tsp.
Chinese Salt – 2 tsp.
Black Pepper powder – ½ tsp.


Easy Preparation:



1. Soak rice for about 15 minutes. Then boil 5 cups of water, adding in soaked rice with 1 tbsp. of oil and 1 tsp. salt to it. Bring rice to a boil. Once done, strain water and spread rice on a plate to cool. The cooked rice grains should be separate.


2. Slightly beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt and black pepper powder.

3. Now take a big frying pan and heat 2 tbsp. oil in it. Add beaten eggs and fry them on low heat breaking them into small chunks. Once done, take them out of the pan.

4. Add 4 tbsp. of oil in the pan. On a very high flame, add garlic paste in it, sauté it for 30 seconds and add chicken in it. Keep stirring till chicken changes its color.

5. Then add chopped carrots, shredded cabbage, and chopped capsicum stirring continuously on a very high flame for hardly a minute adding salt and Chinese salt to it.

6. In the end, add vinegar, soya sauce and chopped spring onions sprinkling black pepper powder on top. Mix them.

7. Now add cooked rice to fried eggs, chicken and vegetables and stir all for a minute till rice gets a little bit fried.

Serve hot.
